How Our Tower Rounds Take Shape

Tower begins with your stake and the risk setting shown before the first floor. Each successful choice moves the round upward and changes the available return, while collecting ends the climb at its current value. We keep the floor counter, current multiplier and next decision visible together. The studio name, game rules and completed-round record sit close to the board, so you

can check how a session unfolded without leaving Tower.

Help During Every Tower Climb

Questions during Tower often concern a delayed floor response, a closed round or a value shown in round history. Our support team can trace the relevant session using its round identifier and timestamp. Keep the Tower panel open where possible, then share the displayed reference through chat or email so we can examine the exact climb rather than asking you to reconstruct every choice.

Team online

Round Reference Help

Send us the Tower round identifier shown in your history. We use it to locate the recorded stake, completed floors, multiplier and closing status.

Interrupted Climb Check

If Tower closes during a decision, contact us with the approximate time. We check the recorded outcome and explain how the studio resolved that round.

Control Display Help

When a Tower control looks misplaced or unresponsive, share your device model and screen orientation. We can suggest layout checks tied directly to the game board.

CLEAR ROUND RECORDS

How We Keep Tower Transparent

Tower should make every active choice and completed result easy to examine. We display the studio identity, applicable rules, round reference and closing status around the game panel or session record.

Studio Identity

The Tower panel identifies the studio responsible for the game build. You can match that name with the rules and result records attached to your session.

Rule Panel

Tower rules explain floor selection, multiplier movement and when collecting becomes available. We place access to those rules beside the active game rather than elsewhere.

Testing Sources

When the Tower studio publishes a testing certificate, we show its original source near the game details. We do not replace it with unsupported claims.

Round Identifiers

Every recorded Tower result includes a reference that separates it from other climbs. This helps you and our team discuss one exact round without confusion.

Session Timestamps

Tower history records when each round opened and closed. Timestamps make interrupted sessions easier to trace and distinguish repeated stakes placed close together.

Version Tracking

We check Tower after studio changes affecting controls, rules or board layout. Page wording is adjusted when the playable version behaves differently from an earlier release.

A CLEARER CLIMB

How jumpanda Tower Stands Apart

Not every Tower presentation gives equal space to the decision that matters next. Our version keeps the active floor, current multiplier and collect action within the same viewing area.

01

Focused Board

Our Tower view centres the current floor and its available choices. Secondary details stay nearby without covering the tiles or shifting attention away from the climb.

02

Multiplier Visibility

The current multiplier remains readable before your next Tower decision. You do not need to open another panel to understand the value already reached.

03

Direct Collection

Tower places the collect action beside the active round rather than behind a menu. Its position helps you act while the current floor remains clearly visible.

04

Completed Floor Trail

Earlier Tower floors remain represented as you climb. This creates a readable path through the round and helps distinguish completed choices from the next selection.

05

Round Status

Finished Tower rounds receive a clear closing status in session history. You can identify whether the climb was collected, completed or resolved after an interruption.

06

Screen Adaptation

Tower rearranges its board for portrait and landscape screens while preserving the main controls. Your current floor remains central after the layout changes.

07

Traceable Sessions

Each Tower result carries a reference and timestamp. These details give our team a precise starting point when you ask about a particular climb.

Your Tower Questions Answered Clearly

Before starting Tower, it helps to understand how floors, multipliers and collection work together. These answers cover the decisions you make inside the round, the records available afterward and what happens if the connection changes mid-climb. They also explain where to find studio rules and how local availability applies when you access Tower from Malaysia.

You set the stake, start the round and choose through successive floors. A successful choice advances the climb and changes the multiplier, while collecting closes Tower at its current value.

The collect control becomes available according to the Tower rules shown in the game panel. When used, it ends the active climb and records the displayed result in session history.

Risk settings are confirmed before a Tower round begins and cannot be altered while that climb remains active. To use another setting, finish the round and configure the next one.

The studio resolves Tower according to the recorded round state. Reopen the game and check session history; if anything remains unclear, send our team the round reference and timestamp.

Open your session history and locate Tower by its time and round reference. The entry shows the recorded stake, closing status and result attached to that completed climb.

The Tower panel links to its studio rules, including floor choices, multiplier behaviour and collection conditions. Testing sources are displayed when the studio has supplied a relevant certificate.

Tower access and eligibility depend on local law, and it is available where local law permits. Check the account screen from your location before attempting to start a round.
